TweetScraperR: Collect Posts and User Data from 'X' (Formerly 'Twitter')
Collects posts, user profiles, lists, followers and related metadata from the social network 'X' (formerly 'Twitter') and returns them as tidy data frames. Data are retrieved through a local 'Node.js' engine that drives a 'Chromium' browser with 'Playwright', reusing the sessions of the user's own accounts. Work can be distributed across several accounts of the user while respecting the per-endpoint rate limits reported by 'X'; the design of this account pool is ported from the 'Python' library 'twscrape' <https://github.com/vladkens/twscrape>. Also includes helpers to plot word, emoji and time frequencies, and optional sentiment and image analysis through the 'OpenAI' API. Documentation is written in Spanish.
