Description: Collects posts, user profiles, lists, followers and
        related metadata from the social network 'X' (formerly
        'Twitter') and returns them as tidy data frames. Data are
        retrieved through a local 'Node.js' engine that drives a
        'Chromium' browser with 'Playwright', reusing the sessions of
        the user's own accounts. Work can be distributed across several
        accounts of the user while respecting the per-endpoint rate
        limits reported by 'X'; the design of this account pool is
        ported from the 'Python' library 'twscrape'
        <https://github.com/vladkens/twscrape>. Also includes helpers
        to plot word, emoji and time frequencies, and optional
        sentiment and image analysis through the 'OpenAI' API.
        Documentation is written in Spanish.
